Size: 17cmx 15cm (6.7x5.9 inches) with a thickness of 4 cm (1.5 inches) with the curved glass.
Medium: The sculpture was made of mineral paste, the wings of paper.
"This is a butterfly ,a deceased soul and its cocoon( a real cocoon gleaned during my walks in nature).
I wanted to work on the idea of the precious, on the object of a past life and wich made part of you (like the bones of the saints).
The cocoon is therefore a real cocoon and the vintage hard plastic frame has been enhanced with "paperolles" and paper flowers."
