“Linger” is inspired by thoughts and elements of the past that meander in our being, and rise to the surface when we least expect it. It’s an ode to the darkness and the light and the balancing act that may exist between them. And following that, “Linger” is a gentle reminder that it’s okay to look at (and even cherish) the dark, as it may allow the light to shine brighter than you could’ve ever imagined.
